Frozen churros

Churros/Porras con Chocolate for your cafe, deli or restaurant

More and more often we were being asked 'Can you supply us with churros/porras that we can serve in our restaurant?'. Traditionally that has been impossible, even in Spain, as fresh churros do not freeze or keep well, so we tried to find a solution. It took us years to find the right recipe and process of preparing, cooking and THEN freezing churros/porras and we have partnered with a small Spanish factory that specialise in producting them.

This means that cafes and restaurants just need to toast or oven bake them for 4 minutes and they are ready to serve. Rolled in sugar and maybe sprinkled with cinnamon they taste just great.

Frozen porras Main characteristic:

  • Prepared from wheat flour and cooked in pure olive oil
  • Fast preparation (3-4 minutes under the grill/toaster or in the oven)
  • Large or small quantities can be supplied
  • Vegan friendly
  • 12 month shelf life
  • No need for A3 license


    • We can also supply the traditional Spanish Valor dipping chocolate.
