The first ever Churros Garcia stall, brought over from Alicante, Spain, opens in the UK on Petticoat Lane! In the photo is Lesley's father, brother and grandmother.

First generation churrera, Encarnacion Garcia Fuenteseca, started her churros business and taught her daughter, Lesley, the flamenco nearly 50 years ago.

The first modern Churros Garcia stall opens. Our portable van visits some of the most exciting festivals in the UK, spreading the churros love far and wide.

The traditional hand-mixing method and secret family recipe are still used today. Churro mummy/matriach still checks up to ensure the right method is passed on!
