The first ever Churros Garcia stall, brought over from Alicante, Spain, opens in the UK on Petticoat Lane! In the photo is Lesley's father, brother and grandmother.
First generation churrera, Encarnacion Garcia Fuenteseca, started her churros business and taught her daughter, Lesley, the flamenco nearly 50 years ago.

The first modern Churros Garcia stall opens. Our portable van visits some of the most exciting festivals in the UK, spreading the churros love far and wide.

The baton is passed on, with the third generation keeping the business going. Henry Filepe now steers the helm, ensuring the UK public get their churros fix!
